At The Library is a programme of artist-led workshops, projects, commissions and happenings in Sefton Libraries.
We aim to make a new civic and cultural role for Sefton’s libraries, offering new experiences, new meeting points, new reasons to gather and ways to spend time together. Most of our activities happen in Bootle, Netherton and Crosby Libraries.
