Established in 2007 and based in Birkenhead, we offer a timetable of free creative and wellbeing activities all over the age of 18. This currently includes sessions such as pottery, guitar lessons, creative writing, drama, tai chi and much more! Our timetable aims to improve wellbeing and develop recovery.

Our criteria’s are: you are abstinent from drugs and/or alcohol and committed to this. You must also have a Wirral postcode and be over 18 years old.

We welcome anyone through our doors, without judgement and we are a safe space for any members of the trans or LGBTQIA+ community.
